Senior Property Consultant

  • Execute sales plans and achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide consultancy and tailored solutions for clients in commercial projects (administrative – retail – medical).
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and recommend strategies to increase sales.
  • Manage negotiations and close deals professionally.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including achievements and challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree .3–5 years of proven sales experience with a strong background in commercial real estate (administrative – retail – medical projects).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and achieve defined sales targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
