Business Development Manager

HLPR - Egypt - Cairo
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and products/services.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in business development strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Knowledge of market research techniques and best practices.Very good English LevelB2B experience
