Responsibilities:
- A person who aims to search for projects, and potential partners online. He must be able to hook up and convince a partner interested in working with the company.
- Manager should be able to attract a partner and begins to show results in the work, he is transferred to the RTN manager for support.
- Set sales goals and work with the affiliate management team in obtaining monthly and quarterly margin goals, as well as tracking and recording individual and team progress, wins and challenges.
- Identify and analyze strategic accounts and areas of growth opportunity with affiliate managers on an individual and team basis.
- Oversee affiliate management team communication to publisher base surrounding offer pitches, company messaging, strategy, best offer assets and other daily communications to ensure each affiliate team member is communicating in a method and style that represents the company in a professional, polished, and informative manner.
- Work effectively with sales team to develop custom traffic plans for strategic advertiser accounts
- Stay abreast of industry trends in the affiliate performance marketing space.
