We’re looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager who is ready to take on the challenge of growing our client base and strengthening our market presence.

???? Your Role:

*Develop and manage partnerships with ready-mix plants, contractors, and consultants.

*Drive sales growth by achieving and surpassing agreed targets.

*Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored concrete admixture solutions to client needs.

*Stay ahead of the market with regular competitor and industry analysis.

*Collaborate closely with our technical and operations teams to ensure service excellence.

*Provide accurate forecasts and sales insights to guide business strategy.


???? Requirements :

1 -5 year of B2B sales experience (construction chemicals, building materials, or ready-mix preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

A proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals.

An established network in the construction or ready-mix sector is highly valued.

Must hold a valid driving license and be open to frequent travel.
