- Actively explore potential clients through various channels (online platforms, offline events, client referrals, etc.), expand the client database, and achieve monthly new client acquisition targets.
- Understand company products and services in depth, identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and use effective communication skills to drive the sales process and close deals.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients, resolve issues promptly, enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, gather and analyze market information, and provide valuable input for product improvements and strategy development.
- Welcome and assist clients at the Cairo showroom, introduce products, follow up on their interests, and facilitate cooperation.
Diploma or higher degree; minimum 3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered).Previous experience in sales of construction or building materials in the Egyptian market is highly preferred.
