-Prepare MEP shop drawings (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, drainage, and electrical).
-Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and other disciplines.
-Update and revise drawings based on engineers’ instructions and site modifications.
-Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.
-Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
-Ensure drawings meet project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
-Support the technical office and site teams in resolving design/drawing issues.
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Drafting (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).-Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); Revit knowledge is a plus.-Familiar with international standards and MEP systems.-Minimum 3–6 years’ experience as an MEP Draftsman, preferably in swimming pools and fountains projects.-Detail-oriented with good coordination and teamwork skills.
