The Role
We’re seeking a Facebook Ads Expert to join our part-time talent pool. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our staffing agency.
Primary Duties
- Plan, create, and launch Facebook ad campaigns
- Research audiences and set targeting strategies
- Monitor performance & optimize for ROI
- Test creatives, ad copy, and formats
- Report results to the team
Potential Future Tasks (Depending on Client Needs)
- Admin support (calendars, inboxes, CRMs)
- Marketing execution (flyers, content scheduling, newsletters)
- Operational support (database hygiene, appointment setting)
- Executive assistance (reports, travel booking, expense tracking)

- Rate: $6–$8 USD/hr
