We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Generalist with 6–9 years of experience, preferably in the fashion retail industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, headhunting top talent, posting job vacancies, handling onboarding documentation, and overseeing personnel-related matters.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Actively headhunt qualified candidates for key positions, especially in retail operations.
- Collect, verify, and maintain all necessary documents from new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employee records.
- Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Support employee relations and address personnel issues promptly and professionally.
6–9 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in fashion retail or a similar industry.Strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and headhunting.Experience handling personnel records and HR administration.Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is a plus.
