As we scale internationally, we’re looking for a driven and visionary International Sales Manager to lead our global merchant acquisition efforts.

  • Position: International Sales Manager
  • Location: Remotely (with international travel flexibility)
  • Industry: Fintech | B2B | SaaS | Payments
  • Travel: Up to 50% international
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic

 

What You’ll Own:

Global Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Build and lead the roadmap for entering new international markets
  • Define clear sales KPIs, track success, and drive revenue growth

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify and close deals with SMEs, corporations & strategic partners
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to pitch to signed contract
  • Represent EdfaPay at global conferences and fintech events

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Deliver insights from markets and clients to shape our go-to-market strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Legal, and Marketing

Client Success & Retention

  • Cultivate long-term relationships built on trust, innovation, and results

5–7+ years of success in international B2B sales (fintech/payments/SaaS preferred)Proven ability to open and scale new global marketsExcellent negotiation, cultural agility, and communication skillsConfident presenting to stakeholders from SMEs to large enterprisesFluent in English and ArabicExpert user of CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales reporting toolsEntrepreneurial, adaptable, and energized by working in fast-paced environmentsReady and excited to travel internationally for client meetings and events
