Senior Business Development Engineer

- Build and execute business development plans
- Discover new leads in construction & energy markets
 -Create strong relationships with key stakeholders
 -Deliver high-quality proposals (technical & commercial)
 -Analyze market trends and competitor activities
 -Collaborate with technical & operations teams
 -Lead client negotiations to deal closure
-Report insights to senior management


- 5+ years in business development (construction/energy/ solar is a must)- B.Sc. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering- Solid technical knowledge of construction & contracting- Fluent in English - Strong understanding of construction projects, materials, and contracting processes.- Proven track record in client acquisition, contract negotiation, and revenue generation.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and market analysis tools.
