- 5+ years in business development (construction/energy/ solar is a must)- B.Sc. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering- Solid technical knowledge of construction & contracting- Fluent in English - Strong understanding of construction projects, materials, and contracting processes.- Proven track record in client acquisition, contract negotiation, and revenue generation.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and market analysis tools.
