Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Sales Representative based in Heliopolis. The Key Account Sales Representative will be responsible for managing key accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing product training, and monitoring market trends. The representative will also collaborate with other departments to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners
  • Conduct regular market visits, meetings, and business reviews
  • Prepare and manage sales reports, forecasts, and client data using Excel
  • Supervise and train junior sales team members to ensure consistent performance and knowledge sharing
  • Coordinate with internal departments to deliver excellent service and after-sales support

Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in key account or B2B sales (preferably in home appliances)Proficient in Microsoft Excel and professional email communicationStrong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skillsMust own a carSelf-motivated, organized, and target-driven
