Senior Talent Acquision (Real Estate)

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Source and screen candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and final hiring decisions.
  • Maintain a strong talent pool and build candidate pipelines for future roles.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare job offers and work with HR operations on onboarding processes.

4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.3 years of Experience in Real Estate DevelopmentExperience recruiting across multiple departments and levels.Strong interviewing and assessment skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.HR Certificate/Diploma is a plus.Ideally located close to New Cairo.
