Sales Supervisor

Orthomedics - Egypt - Cairo
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and product launches.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.Experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or related industry is preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work onsite and travel as required.Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
