High school English Teacher(American division)

  • Deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to high school students following the American curriculum.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the academic standards and learning objectives of the American division.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, examinations, and class participation.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
  • Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student development and address individual learning needs.
  • Prepare students for standardized tests and college readiness assessments as required by the American curriculum.
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
  • Uphold school policies, procedures, and values in all classroom and school-related activities.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of teaching experience at the high school level, preferably within an American curriculum.Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective lesson plans.Experience with classroom management and student engagement strategies.Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse educational team.Commitment to ongoing professional development.Willingness to participate in school activities beyond classroom instruction.
