General duties and responsibilities:

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle by preparing and updating job descriptions, posting ads, HR interviewing & evaluation of selected candidates, and managing the hiring process.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain and update organizational charts and workforce reports to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development programs.
  • Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure that all employees' information is up to date and effectively managed at all times.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of employee personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate all medical claims, approvals, and refunds with the company’s medical provider.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns related to time management, company policies and procedures, HR documentation, statements, etc.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.

BSc in Commerce, Business Administration or any relevant field.A diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management is preferred.1-3 Years of experience as an HR Generalist, mainly handling Talent Acquisition, Personnel, OD, and Employee Relations.Good knowledge of employment/labor laws/social insurance lawsExcellent English language skills.Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
