The E-Commerce Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our online store, ensuring that orders are processed smoothly, inventory is accurate, and customers are well taken care of. You will serve as the link between logistics, customer service, and marketing, making sure everything runs efficiently and professionally.
Your Main Tasks:
- Handle online orders from start to finish.
- Work with the warehouse and shipping teams to make sure orders are packed and delivered on time.
- Solve customer problems (returns, late orders, wrong items, etc.).
- Reply to messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone.
- Keep track of order issues, delays, and report weekly.
1–2 years of experience in using Shopify, Excel.1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, operations, customer service.Must be based in Cairo and able to work onsite in Almaza, Heliopolis.
