Totalcare Egypt is looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Brand Manager with experience in ICU-related medical devices to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for planning and executing marketing activities, launching campaigns, and driving brand performance in hospitals across Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement marketing strategies for hospital-based medical devicesDevelop and execute campaigns targeting ICU departments and healthcare professionalsOrganize workshops, trainings, and events to support product promotion and educationConduct market research and competitor analysisBuild strong relationships with doctors, nurses, biomedical engineers, and decision-makersTrack KPIs and report on brand performance
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related healthcare fieldMinimum 1–3 years’ experience in marketing or sales of ICU or hospital-based medical devicesStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency in English and Microsoft OfficeCreative, energetic, and results-oriented
