Sales Development Representative

ONEMORETHING - Egypt - Cairo

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, your role will be to identify potential clients, reach out to them through cold calls/emails/social channels, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact in the sales process and play a key role in driving business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and understand their needs
  • Initiate conversations and pitch the value of our product/service
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach and qualified leads

 


Requirements:1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)Confidence in cold calling and starting conversations with new peopleAbility to work with targets and deadlinesExperience using CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plusPositive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn and groPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in B2B SaaS or tech/startup environmentFluent in English and ArabicUnderstanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification processes
