Outdoor Sales Specialist

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular visits to prospective and existing clients to present products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information to inform sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential product improvements.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in outdoor or field sales.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.Comfortable working in a hybrid (home and field) arrangement.Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and adapt to changing priorities.
