- Build the overall time schedule and create the required updates whenever necessary.
- Preparing reports (biweekly - monthly) to clarify the executive position of the business, whether by the owner or internally.
- Follow up, evaluate, calculate and analyze the actual progress status.
- Monitor contractors and sub-contractors’ productivity on site.
- Monitoring supplies and purchases and their arrival times at a site according to work needs and modify whenever required.
- Providing proposals and alternatives to ensure business progress.
- Create an emergency plan to avoid risks.
- Determine the necessary elements that essential to develop the site progress to achieve the main schedule and accordingly provide the correction actions.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or ither department.At least 10 years Project Management Experience.Team player.Analytical Skills.Attention to Details.Excellent MS Office- Primavera – AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.Proven track of English language.
