Job Purpose
Develop CVM value propositions for My ET & eShop to increase the engagement & penetration of Etisalat’s digital services as well as the revenues generated by them.
• Manage CVM campaigns/plans launch in time and achieve the required results
• Analyze and report all CVM activities and its results regularly to keep an eye on any gaps/opportunities
• Develop the customer segmentation, utilizing data mining & big data models to achieve the main KPIs, i.e. penetration, revenue development, & engagement
• Ensure the availability of adequate CVM insights in a timely manner for the CVM value proposition departments as well as segments owners in order to take better commercial decisions
• Develop and execute CVM activities and tactics by cross selling different products using data mining models
Report To Position Name
- Manage CVM activities through monitoring daily the engaged customers to ensure that they are meeting the set target (Engagement, Opt-ins & Revenues)
- Review daily and monthly reports on the CVM Activities to ensure meeting the KPIs per each project
- Establish new reporting dashboards for CVM activities
- Develop new CVM propositions that adheres to CVM strategy. This involves identifying target segment & doing opportunity sizing and propose communication plan
- Manage cross functional teams like project management, IT, pricing & Insights to ensure delivery of new CVM initiatives
