:Responsiblities
• Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the correct departments
• Manage appointments and visitor check-in/out
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, emails, and scheduling
• Receive and sort daily mail or deliveries

:Requirements
• Presentable appearance and professional communication
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Good command of Arabic (English is a plus)
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word)
• Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly
