We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to the General Manager (GM) in the smooth operation and coordination of our growing.
- Coordinate and manage the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, preparing relevant documentation, and organizing travel arrangements and logistics.
- Draft, review, and respond to emails on behalf of the GM, ensuring timely and appropriate communication.
- Attend meetings, accurately take minutes, and professionally rephrase and distribute them to all relevant participants.
- Welcome and assist visitors for top management, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
- Monitor and follow up on ongoing projects and tasks that initiated by or assigned by the General Manager to departments or managers, ensuring timely progress and execution.
Required qualifications:Proven experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative roles from 4 to 7 years of experience.Proficient in office software (MS Office Suite, calendars, collaborative tools).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a problem- solving mindset. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams.Familiarity with project coordination.
