Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new project opportunities within the construction and finishing materials market.
- Build strategic partnerships with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Participate in the preparation of development proposals and presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align development efforts with business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on project pipelines and business development activities.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.3+ years of experience in business development or project development, preferably in the building materials or construction sector.Strong market analysis, planning, and presentation skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.Have a car and Valid driving license is a plus.
