To supervise and manage the execution of mechanical works on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule while leading the mechanical team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and workers for all mechanical site activities.
• Review and validate mechanical shop drawings and coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, architectural, civil).
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to the project timeline.
• Supervise installation of HVAC systems, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical works.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations at the site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on site and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure required materials and equipment.
• Verify and approve executed work quantities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.• Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical site works, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.• Excellent leadership and team management skills.• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings and solve on-site problems.• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools.
