Responsibilities
- Consolidate quality measurements to track improvement in education and training.
- Execute quality improvement analysis and activities
- Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
- Adhere to quality and safety standards
- Ensure training and learning outcomes are well measured in visited schools.
- Preparing and presenting all needed periodic reports.
- Analyze Schools exams result and students improvement plan.
- Support in internal audit and school audits.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in Training/education field (IS MUST).
- Strong knowledge of Excell, online sheets and online forms (IS MUST).
- In-depth understanding of quality standards (at least ISO 9001:2015 Standard)
- Strong communication skills.
- Sharp attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to travel out of Cairo based on business needs.
- Educational or training background is highly preferred.
