:Job responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, on behalf of the Manager , and take messages accurately

• Reviews all department related payments to ensure better premises cleanliness, transportation & Services equipment’s )

• Manage agendas/ travel arrangements /appointments etc.

• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

• Assist Managers and colleagues from other departments whenever necessary


:Requirements

  • .Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • .Ability to build relationships and work effectively with other parties
  • .Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • .Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • .Proficient in using - Microsoft office applications
  • .Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • .Strong problem-solving skills and details oriented
  • .Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • .Ready to work 6 days a week in new Cairo
