Job Description:
- Conduct pre-employment medical examinations and provide assessments for prospective employees.
- Validate sick leave requests and provide medical advice to HR and management.
- Support the management of the ambulance system by providing medical expertise.
- Case Management by monitoring chronic conditions or recurring medical issues in employees, providing continuous care, treatment adjustments, and referrals when necessary.
- Assist in the evaluation of health insurance claims and approvals.
- Support Financial by collaborating with the healthcare and health insurer to ensure that cost-effective treatments are provided without compromising the quality of care.
- Participate in or lead health education initiatives aimed at promoting physical and mental wellness among employees, aligned with the company’s wellness strategy.
- Advise the Head of Medical on improvements to health-related policies and medical services to better support the wellness of the workforce.
Qualifications & Skills:Medical Degree with a valid license to practice.Prior experience in occupational health or corporate wellness is preferred.Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, safety, and insurance teams.Confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee health matters.
