Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues promptly and professionally.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational development across factory and office teams.
2. Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Develop retention strategies and career development paths for key talents.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure successful integration of new hires.
3. Performance & Employee Development:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development initiatives across all levels.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
4. Labor & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee contracts, attendance, disciplinary actions, and legal documentation.
- Maintain updated HR records and audit-ready employee files.
5. Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee payroll coordination in partnership with finance.
- Design and manage compensation structures, incentive schemes, and benefits programs.
6. HR Operations (Factory-Focused):
- Maintain a strong HR presence on the factory floor.
- Handle labor relations, union communication (if applicable), and workers' welfare.
- Address absenteeism, workplace discipline, and compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.Proven leadership in managing HR across both factory and office environments.In-depth knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office.Reports To:General Manager / Managing DirectorWorking Conditions:Split between factory site and head office as required.Occasional travel between company locations.
