1. Conduct research on B2B market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
2. Analyze data using statistical tools and methodologies, identifying patterns and trends to inform innovation insights and assessments.
3. Generate reports, highlight insights and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making
4. Communicate research findings and recommendations


1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B market research, analysis, or a related role3.Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail; ability to interpret datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights4. Good understanding of the SaaS business model5. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English7.
