- Manage the product innovation pipeline from ideation to launch
- Conduct consumer and competitor research to identify white space opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D on formulations, testing, and safety certifications
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones
- Ensure new products meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Partner with marketing on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and naming
- Lead post-launch reviews and recommend product lifecycle actions
- Coordinate with suppliers for materials, packaging, and prototyping
- Maintain documentation for claims, stability tests, and approvals
