- Network Design & Configuration: Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and other network systems to meet organizational needs.
- Network Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve complex network issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency.
- Security Implementation: Implement network security measures (e.g., firewalls, VPNs) to safeguard the integrity of the company's data and systems.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and system maintenance, including applying updates and patches, and performing backups as needed.
- System Installation & Configuration: Set up and configure servers, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and other software to support organizational needs.
- Maintenance & Monitoring: Perform routine system maintenance, including updates, backups, and system health checks.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues efficiently.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience and Certificates).Certifications: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSE), Experience with system administration in Windows and Linux environments.Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in network administration or a similar role.Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other networking protocols.Experience with networking hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and Servers, SAN, wireless access points. Experience with server hardware, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and backup technologies.
