bluworks is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our fast-growing B2B SaaS startup. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision, driving strategy, and delivering innovative solutions that solve real business problems for our clients. This role requires at least 4 years of product management experience in startup environments, with a strong background in B2B SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision and strategy aligned with Bluworks’ business objectives.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and market research to launch, growth, and optimization
- Create, manage, and communicate product roadmaps, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback, usage data, and business value
- Conduct market and competitor research, as well as customer interviews, to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on schedule
- Gather, analyze, and act on product performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure clear communication of product updates, priorities, and project status to stakeholders
- Prepare and execute successful product launches, coordinating cross-functional efforts for maximum impact
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience in startups, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS environments
- Demonstrated success managing the full SaaS product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to inform decisions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, dynamic startup setting
- Proficiency in using product management and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment, Productboard) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering); advanced degree or certifications in product management are a plus
