Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist with hands-on experience in CRM tools and business management software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Egyptian market and a proven track record in driving sales growth in the software industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell POS systems and business management software to new and existing clients.
• Identify and engage with potential customers in the Egyptian market through prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Deliver product presentations, demos, and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent post-sales support and account management.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline data using CRM tools.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Requirements:• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in POS systems and management software solutions.• Solid understanding of the software industry, particularly within the Egyptian and Saudi markets.• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.• Ability to travel as needed across regions.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications:• Experience working with retail, F&B, or enterprise clients.
