- Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process customer payments using POS systems (specify system if known, e.g., Square, Micros), including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Cash Handling: Maintain accurate cash drawers, balance daily transactions, and adhere to all cash handling procedures. Report any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Multi-tasking: Manage transactions for multiple restaurants efficiently, especially during peak hours.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, customer service, and safety.
- Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Proven experience as a Cashier, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.Strong mathematical and cash handling skills.Previous cashier experience in food, beverage and Nightlife is a must.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the boat operates.Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
