- Follow up packaging materials availability .
- Ensure machines efficiency .
- Check product appearance (batch number –expired date –manufacturing date)
- Check and comply product specifications with batch record and approve it.
- Synchronize packaging lines in the packaging area, printing area.
- Review and ensure batch records data and logbooks parallel to practical work and make final reconciliations.
- Follow up Production area daily activities and ensure GMP requirements.
- Perform corrective actions and preventive actions (C.A.P.A) related to the Secondary Packaging.
- Issue deviation report in case of non- conformity.
- On-the-job-Training .
- Arrange with maintenance department in case of any machines failures.
- Supervise manual and automatic packaging processes.
- Check the receiving process of all packaging materials from stores and organize collection bags and boxes in the printing area.
- Communicate with warehouse department to deliver finished goods.
Bachelor degree of Pharmacy is a mustAdvanced knowledge of GMP Standards (Personal Hygiene, cross contamination, Cleaning process & operation of Preparation equipment.)Advanced knowledge of GMP,Advanced knowledge of ISO QMS systems 9001 regulationsAwareness of EDA requirements.Proficiency of English Language.Computer SkillsGood organizing skillsExcellent communication skills with a customer oriented approachn Pharmacy, Medicine, or any related medical field (MBA is an advantage).Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a product management or medical marketing role in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Egypt.
