Applications Support Specialist

Erada - Egypt - Cairo
  • Assist in installing, configuring, and managing applications.
  • Provide 1st level support for Applications incidents.
  • Monitor and respond to open tickets submitted.
  • Troubleshooting and supporting company applications Through “UAT and production” environments.
  • Work with multiple teams for the successful resolution of issues.
  • Suggest solutions to the development team for complex issues and get approvals to apply them.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved at an appropriate time.
  • Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents.
  • Ensure that applications and databases are closely monitored.
  • Provide technical and functional support in the End of day closing.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. 
  • Collect and document reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Users’ communication and handling systems issues.
  • Working in teamwork and Sharing knowledge with team colleagues.

Qualifications & Technical Aspects:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, and Computer Science or relevant degree.Min 1 year of experience in a similar role.Have very good communication skills.Analytical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions.Knowledge of Reporting.A good English Speaker is a must.Good Experience in MS Office
