- Assist in installing, configuring, and managing applications.
- Provide 1st level support for Applications incidents.
- Monitor and respond to open tickets submitted.
- Troubleshooting and supporting company applications Through “UAT and production” environments.
- Work with multiple teams for the successful resolution of issues.
- Suggest solutions to the development team for complex issues and get approvals to apply them.
- Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved at an appropriate time.
- Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents.
- Ensure that applications and databases are closely monitored.
- Provide technical and functional support in the End of day closing.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Collect and document reporting and analytics requirements.
- Users’ communication and handling systems issues.
- Working in teamwork and Sharing knowledge with team colleagues.
Qualifications & Technical Aspects:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, and Computer Science or relevant degree.Min 1 year of experience in a similar role.Have very good communication skills.Analytical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions.Knowledge of Reporting.A good English Speaker is a must.Good Experience in MS Office
