  • Managing the Sales team's shipping requirements (shipment declarations, container bookings, coordination with shipping agents, and updates to shipping schedules).
  • Receiving and processing client orders.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely arrival of raw materials.
  • Collaborating with quality engineers to inspect and verify the quality of incoming materials.
  • Arranging container loading by coordinating with shipping lines or freight companies.
  • Reviewing and verifying key shipping documents (e.g., Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Phyto Certificates, Bills of Lading).
  • Ensuring containers' timely arrival and confirming delivery to the destination.
