Job Purpose:
To manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for Samena Stores across various departments and retail branches, ensuring the attraction and selection of qualified talent that aligns with the company’s culture, values, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Post job openings on various platforms and ensure job advertisements reflect the company brand.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS) and ensure accurate recruitment records.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare job offers, contracts, and onboarding packages in coordination with the HR team.
- Support mass hiring for new store openings and seasonal recruitment drives.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or recruitment events.
- Generate and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports with HR management.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5–10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the retail industry.Experience in high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environments is an advantage.Strong interviewing, screening, and assessment skills.Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Personal Competencies:Strong organizational and time management skills.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.Results-oriented with attention to detail.Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
