Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop HVAC systems and components for building projects.
• Use advanced design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) to create detailed HVAC plans, schematics, and layouts.
• Ensure HVAC designs integrate seamlessly with architectural, structural, and MEP (Fire Protection, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
• Review and interpret building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure HVAC designs meet all legal and safety requirements. 
• Follow quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards. 
• Provide technical expertise and support to the project, ensuring all HVAC designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Review and evaluate HVAC designs, specifications, and plans to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility. 
• Offer solutions to HVAC engineering problems and provide guidance on best practices for building mechanical systems.
• Work closely with the engineering design team, architectural design team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery. 
• Coordinate with suppliers and technical advisors to obtain necessary information, materials, and support for HVAC engineering aspects of projects.  
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project team members.
• Prepare HVAC engineering reports, documentation, and presentations to support project planning and decision-making. 
• Provide regular updates to HVAC senior on HVAC engineering progress, technical issues, and compliance matters. 
• Identify opportunities for technical improvement and innovation in mechanical engineering designs and processes. 
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance project quality and efficiency.
