Customer Service & Export Coordinator

In this vital role, you’ll be the key link between our customers and global markets—managing customer accounts, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries, and delivering accurate information using the right tools and channels. You’ll play a hands-on role in resolving customer complaints efficiently, working closely with our supply team to guarantee on-time order fulfillment, and coordinating international shipments with freight forwarders across various global platforms. Your expertise in logistics and documentation will be essential as you prepare invoices, handle all necessary export paperwork, and manage certificate submissions to the Chamber of Commerce. You'll also be responsible for delivering original export documents directly to banks when needed. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (preferred).Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service and Export operations.Strong expertise in:Export documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC).Warehouse and logistics coordination.Customer service and international shipment coordination.Solid understanding and practical application of Incoterms in global trade operations.General Requirements:Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.SAP experience is essential.Gender: Male.Age: 26 – 30 years (maximum).Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse customer profiles.Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.A dependable and collaborative team player.If you meet the qualifications and are ready to take the next step in your career, please submit your updated CV. We look forward to welcoming a skilled professional who can contribute to our continued success in global markets.
