Responsibilities:Make outbound cold calls to homeowners daily. Build quick rapport and create trust with leads. Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline carefully. Keep detailed notes and stay organized using our CRM system (REsimpli). Work closely with the acquisition team to help close deals faster. What You’ll Need:Strong spoken English (near-native level). 1+ year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Confident handling outbound calls and conversations. CRM experience (any system like GoHighLevel, Mojo, or similar). A stable internet connection, a quiet work environment, and a reliable laptop. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and hunger to grow. This role is fully remote, and we work U.S. Eastern Time hours.
