QA and Compliance Assistant Manager - Fayoum site

Logistica - Egypt - Fayoum
  1. Reports to the QA compliance manager on the outcome of any internal or external audit executed.
  2. Ensure that all sites keep updated to GMP in all detail.
  3. Responsible for the preparation of the different audit plans, participating in audit execution and reporting.
  4. Manage external audits on sites
  5. Coordinate with the Quality Compliance Manager on the weekly tasks and the yearly plan for compliance.
  6. Participate in internal and external audits and suppliers’ qualifications.
  7. Follow up on implementation of the corrective and preventive actions CAPA.
  8. Ensure that the quality system is applied in the company and to the stakeholders to comply with the GMP. 
  9. Identify risk to which the company is exposed or can realistically be expected to be exposed. 
  10. Member of the internal audit team for all company departments according to standards, rules, and regulations. 
  11. Risk and control committee member. 
  12. Responsible for customer complaint handling and ensuring that the proper corrective actions were taken to prevent repeatability of non-compliance. 
  13. Evaluates the performance and monitors the achievement of the KPIs, targets, and objectives. 
  14. Recommend changes in procedures, standards, test methods, and equipment to improve quality. 
  15. Create, manage, and verify the conformity of all documents regarding the quality system.
  16. Research, train, and assist in compliance with government, third-party, and customer requirements and compliance with good manufacturing practices.
  17. Assists in managing, and maintaining updated documentation 
  18. Contributes to the training department to define the training needs for employees. 
  19. Trains QA employees and plant employees on quality policy. 
  20. Support and comply with all quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, food safety, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programs.
  21. Follow all company policies and procedures. 
  22. Ensuring compliance with all related standards, ex: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 28000, ISO 22000, and PCI, CP, rules, regulations, and governmental laws. 
  23. Member in the internal food safety audit team
  24. Comply with OH&S policy, standards, OH&S objectives, and training.
  25. Report any incidents (accidents or near misses). 
  26. participate in relevant risk assessments
  27. Comply with environmental management’s standards, objectives, and training. 
  28. Report immediately any environmental incident

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science Minimum 10 Years of experience in same filedISO 22000:2018 , ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 awareness.HACCP & PRP CCP and OPRPPest control UnderstandingMicrosoft office skillsFluent in writing & reading English.Time Management, Analytical skillsCommunication skillsProject managementLeadership skills
