We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Customer Service Representative to join
our dynamic team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will excel in managing long-
term client relationships, possess exceptional English communication skills (both spoken and
written), and demonstrate expertise in office operations and email protocols. This role is pivotal
in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and
expectations are consistently met. - Communicate professionally and effectively with clients in English, both verbally and in
writing. - Handle email correspondence following professional email protocols, ensuring timely
and accurate responses. - Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and concerns efficiently, escalating
issues when necessary. - Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address
client requirements. - Maintain accurate client records, including communication logs and service details, in
the company’s CRM system.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.Exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken.Strong knowledge of email etiquette and protocol.Proficiency in office tools, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRMsoftware.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.A client-focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
