Job Objective:
To lead and manage the training center by planning, developing, supervising, and ensuring the quality of all training programs. The manager is responsible for setting training strategies aligned with the organization’s goals, managing staff, and ensuring programs meet market needs and quality standards.
???? Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Educational Management or Executive Training Management is preferred.
???? Required/Preferred Professional Certifications:
CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development – UK).
Train the Trainer (TTT) certification.
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) by ATD.
PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI.
ISO 21001:2018 certification in Educational Organizations Management Systems (a plus).
Certifications in eLearning management or training center operations are an added value.

Experience Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of experience in the training sector, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in designing and managing training programs in a corporate or professional training center.Experience in budgeting, contracting trainers, performance evaluation, and quality assurance.Familiarity with local and international accreditation bodies (e.g., TVTC, HRDF, international certifying entities).????
