Major Duties:
· Manage and update the e-commerce website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings, descriptions, pricing, and visuals.
· Collaborate with web developers or designers to enhance website performance and user experience.
· Monitor site performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure optimal site speed and functionality.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
· Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
· Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and oversee restocking or discontinuation of products.
· Respond to customer inquiries or complaints promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and IT, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
· Coordinate with third-party vendors or platforms such as payment gateways, marketplaces, or fulfillment partners.
· Manage order processing, returns, and customer service issues related to e-commerce transactions.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
· 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
· Excellent command of English language.
· Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
· Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
· Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with marketplace platforms like Amazon, Noon and Jumia.
