Clinical Oversight & Quality Assurance:
Supervise and manage all clinical departments including hair transplant, body contouring, cosmetic dentistry, therapeutic nutrition, and female cosmetic treatments.
Develop, implement, and update clinical protocols and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
Monitor compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Leadership & Staff Development:
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to physicians, nurses, and technical staff.
Organize training programs, workshops, and continuing medical education sessions to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
Patient Care & Clinical Operations:
Oversee patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., administration, operations) to coordinate patient care and resource allocation.
Address patient concerns and resolve any clinical issues that arise promptly.
Strategic Planning & Development:
Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at expanding and enhancing the center's clinical services.
Participate in market research and clinical innovation projects to keep the center at the forefront of advancements in cosmetic medicine.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all medical practices comply with local, national, and international regulations.
Prepare detailed clinical reports and present findings to the executive team.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and professional organizations to stay updated on industry standards.
