Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
Ensure proper documentation of employment contracts, leaves, and benefits.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Payroll & Compensation:
Assist in payroll processing by preparing attendance, overtime, and deductions reports.
Ensure accuracy in salary payments, benefits administration, and tax deductions.
Address employee payroll-related inquiries.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Support recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and job offers.
Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and HR processes.
Assist in audits and compliance reporting.
Employee Relations & Support:
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary actions as per company policies.
Support employee engagement activities and events.
General HR Administration:
Prepare HR reports and documents as required.
Assist in training and development coordination.
Ensure proper communication of HR updates to employees.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.Skills:Strong organizational and administrative skills.Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of payroll processing and employee benefits administration.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
