We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volume recruitment, particularly e-commerce, education, technology or similar industries. This role will focus on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company’s rapid growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent in B2C telesales.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to improve employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring performance and improve processes.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of volume recruitment experience of B2C telesales agents .Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, talent acquisition strategies, and recruitment skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.English proficiency is a must. Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in Egypt.Previous experience in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
