The Company is looking for a Showroom Manager to provide the leadership necessary to achieve projected sales goals while ensuring complete customer satisfaction at all times
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy
- Cascade company standards and ensure that they are applied within the sales team.
- Manage the showroom team performance.
- Study the features of all products/brands on offer.
- Arrange stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement
- Responsible for showroom proper operation and compliance of the showroom to corporate identity.
- Maintain and update on brands knowledge for self and team under supervision.
- Effectively manage customer contacts and relationships to improve customer service, build sales volume, improve effectiveness and increase overall customer satisfaction.
- Welcome customers into the showroom assuring that everyone is being looked after.
- Represent the sales department in his branch.
- Train staff in effective sales and communication strategies
- Supervise the use of test models to prevent damage
- Negotiate prices and payment plans and then closing sales
- Resolve strain and conflict between staff to promote a jovial and productive workplace
- Document sales process and rewarding employees accordingly
- Effectively manage customer contacts and relationships to improve customer service, build sales volume, improve effectiveness and increase overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide his direct manager with proper measuring performance reporting system internally and externally as per demand.
5 to 7 years’ prior experience as a Showroom Manager ideally at a similar industry.Experience +5 years or plus in automotive salesGood Knowledge of the automotive industry and the automotive tradeExcellent track of sales successLeadership and management experienceExcellent computer skills.Strong knowledge of business administrationExcellent spoken and written Communication and negotiation skillsTop-notch training and mentoring skills.Outstanding teamwork communication and arbitration abilities.
